Learn about intracoronary physiological parameters that assess functional coronary lesion severity during cardiac catheterization. Measurement of coronary flow reserve (CFR; coronary flow velocity response to adenosine)and fractional flow reserve (FFRmyo; coronary pressure-derived with adenosine) provide information about functional severity.
